Stadtwerke Karlsruhe

Project: Energy-efficient refurbishment of the administration building from the 1970s with a total surface
area of 15,000 square meters – 500 workplaces, a new customer area, conference room and
canteen. The planning and execution of the refurbishment is set to be awarded a gold certificate in line with the criteria of the German Sustainable Building Council (Gesellschaft für nachhaltiges Bauen, DGNB). The goal is to improve the entire performance of the building in a sustainable manner and create a modern, inspiring work environment.
