Construction-related decisions are always investment decisions. However, not all companies want to tie-up capital in this way. The development of individual and thus business-enhancing buildings does not rule out a rental solution. We design buildings also for long-term leasing – from idea-finding, looking for the suitable plot and execution through to handover of a ready-to-use work space. Taking the decision between rental respectively leasing and investment is still possible during the course of the project.
