docsellent

New structures for sustainable business development.

An existing two-story building in Korschenbroich formerly used by the fashion brand Mexx, was modernized and converted to accommodate its new tenant, docsellent. The converted facility houses 5,200 square meters of innovative working spaces, which have been custom designed to meet the demands of management and production. The company’s operations have been further optimized by the addition of a 950-square-meter paper warehouse, complete with receiving and shipping areas, constructed atop the property’s former parking lot. In order to provide room for the twelve-meter-long printing machine, the former showroom was custom converted.
